Connections Napa County (ADRC):

​Connections Napa County provides a wide range of referrals, resources, and services to Napa County residents with disabilities and to seniors over 60, who are facing life’s challenges. Examples include addressing housing issues, food security, transportation, elder abuse, and access to healthcare. Our aim is to connect you to current, available services and resources that can support and assist you and improve your quality of life. Connections is an emerging ADRC (Aging & Disability Resource Connection) through the California Department of Aging.
